AUGUSTA, Maine, Feb. 20 -- The Maine Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has revoked the renewable energy certification for Nexamp, Inc.'s Auburn Renewables Solar Facility. The 4.99 MW solar facility, located in Auburn, Maine, was initially certified as a Class I and Class IA renewable resource in a May 22, 2024, order. Nexamp filed a petition on November 20, 2024, requesting the rescission of the certification.
