Nissequogue Cable Franchise Renewal Approved by N.Y. PSC

ALBANY, New York, Feb. 20 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved the renewal of Suffolk Cable of Smithtown, Inc.'s (d/b/a Altice USA d/b/a Optimum) cable television franchise with the Village of Nissequogue in Suffolk County. The decision, issued February 19, 2025, grants a five-year renewal, effective immediately.

The Village of Nissequogue authorized the renewal by resolution certified on November 21, 2024, following a public hearing on November 19, 2024 . . .
