N.Y. PSC: Spectrum Franchise Renewal Approved for Utica

ALBANY, New York, Feb. 20 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved the renewal of Spectrum Northeast, LLC's (d/b/a Charter Communications, Inc.) cable television franchise with the City of Utica in Oneida County. The decision, issued February 19, 2025, grants a ten-year franchise renewal, effective immediately.
