ALBANY, New York, Feb. 20 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved the renewal of Suffolk Cable of Shelter Island, Inc.'s (d/b/a Altice USA d/b/a Optimum) cable television franchise with the Town of Shelter Island in Suffolk County. The decision, issued February 19, 2025, grants a five-year renewal, effective immediately.
