ALBANY, New York, Feb. 20 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved the renewal of Cablevision of Wappingers Falls, Inc.'s (d/b/a Altice USA d/b/a Optimum) cable television franchise with the Village of South Blooming Grove in Orange County. The approval, issued February 19, 2025, grants a ten-year franchise renewal, effective immediately.
