WASHINGTON, Feb. 19 (TNSFR) -- The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) has announced that Blue Diamond Coal Co. has petitioned for a modification of a safety standard concerning the use of respirators in its Mine No. 77 in Kentucky.
