WASHINGTON, Feb. 19 (TNSFR) -- Blue Diamond Coal Co. has submitted a petition to the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) requesting a modification to existing safety regulations at its Calvary No. 81 mine in Leslie County, Kentucky.
