N.Y. PSC Approves Key Compliance Filings for Baron Winds II Project

ALBANY, New York, Feb. 19 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved several key compliance filings for Baron Winds II, LLC's 242-megawatt wind energy project in Steuben County. These approvals pave the way for the installation of collection lines, substation construction, and turbine erection for Phase II of the project, located in the Town of Fremont.

The PSC's decision covers Compliance Filings 50(a) through (e), 51, 52(a) & 52(a)(ix), 53, 54, 55, . . .
