Corning Natural Gas Tariff Amendments Approved Permanently by N.Y. PSC

ALBANY, New York, Feb. 15 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved tariff amendments filed by Corning Natural Gas Corporation, making them effective permanently as of February 14, 2025. These amendments, which had been in effect on a temporary basis since July 1, 2024, implement rates and provisions for Rate Year (RY) 3, the twelve-month period ending June 30, 2025, as outlined in the Commission's 2022 Rate Order.
