N.Y. PSC: Buffalo Urban Development, NorDel II Seek Regulatory Clarity for Substation Expansion

BUFFALO, New York, Feb. 15 -- The Buffalo Urban Development Corporation and NorDel II, LLC have petitioned the New York Public Service Commission (PSC) for a declaratory ruling or, alternatively, approval of a Certificate of Public Convenience and an order providing for incidental regulation concerning their electric distribution substation.
