TOPEKA, Kansas, Feb. 14 -- The Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) has fined Apollo Energies, Inc. $100 for violating regulations related to inactive oil and gas wells. The penalty order, issued in Docket No. 25-CONS-3257-CPEN on February 13, 2025, addresses the company's failure to properly manage the Smith D #1 well in Edwards County.
