Kentucky PSC Grants Partial Confidentiality to Duke Energy Documents

FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Feb. 14 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has granted partial confidential treatment to documents filed by Duke Energy Kentucky in Case No. 2024-00152, concerning the utility's proposed conversion of its flue gas desulfurization system at the East Bend Generating Station. The order, issued February 13, 2025, balances the public's right to information with the need to protect commercially sensitive data.
