LAREDO, Texas, Feb. 12 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas issued the following news release:
A 37-year-old man has been sentenced for conspiring to distribute a large quantity of marijuana, announced U.S. Attorney Nicholas J. Ganjei.
Gavino Cadena pleaded guilty Nov. 10, 2022.
U.S. District Judge Diana Saldana has now ordered Cadena to serve a total of 194 months in federal prison to be followed by five years of supervised . . .
