In memoriam: Frederick Spencer Hall Jr., Division of Facilities

Spencer Hall, retired assistant vice president of facilities, passed away on Jan. 31. 

Hall was born to Frederick "Fred" Hall and Wynona Wall Hall on Jan. 29, 1941.
