New York PSC Seeks Public Input on Proposed Power Line Project Changes

ALBANY, New York, Feb. 11 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) is soliciting public comments on a proposed amendment to the certificate for the Champlain Hudson Power Express transmission line project. The project, approved in 2013, involves the construction of a high-voltage direct current line stretching approximately 330 miles from the Canadian border to Astoria, Queens.
