WASHINGTON, Feb. 7 -- The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued the following recall alert on Feb. 6, 2025:

Name of Product: America's Got Talent microphones

Hazard: The lithium-ion batteries in the recalled microphones can overcharge and ignite, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy: Refund

Recall Date: February 06, 2025

Units: About 125,000 (In addition, about six were sold in Canada)
