ALBANY, New York, Feb. 7 -- Somerdel Water-Works Corp. customers will have an extra month before a proposed rate increase potentially takes effect. The New York State Department of Public Service (DPS) has approved a second postponement, pushing the implementation date to April 1, 2025.
