N.Y. PSC: Emerald Green Water Rate Hike Delayed Again

ALBANY, New York, Feb. 7 -- Ratepayers of Emerald Green Lake Louise Marie Water Company (EGLLM) will have a little more time before a proposed rate increase takes effect. The New York State Department of Public Service (DPS) has approved a second postponement of the controversial hike, pushing the implementation date to April 1, 2025.
