AUGUSTA, Maine, Feb. 6 -- The Maine Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has ruled that Summit Ridge Energy, LLC (Summit Ridge) failed to demonstrate continuous on-site construction for its 4.975 MW solar project in Chester, Maine. This decision impacts the Net Energy Billing (NEB) rate that subscribers to the Chester A project will receive.
