WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) has announced the filing of several agreements under the Shipping Act of 1984. Among the key filings, an amendment to Agreement No. 201234-007 will allow the parties, including CMA CGM SA, Hapag-Lloyd AG, and Maersk A/S, to join the New York Shipping Exchange's index governing board.

The amendment also removes COSCO Shipping Lines and adds Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd. and ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Lt . . .
