Global law firm Squire Patton Boggs has advised Masterpack S.p.A., an Italian flexible packaging manufacturer, on the acquisition of PC Packaging and Design, Inc.

A team in the firm's Milan office, led by Corporate partner Sara Belotti with Gianluca Valietti, advised Masterpack S.p.A. on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Canadian packaging company PC Packaging.
