FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Feb. 4 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has granted the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Office of Rate Intervention, full intervenor status in the case concerning Big Rivers Electric Corporation's annual review of its MRSM (presumably, Modified Rate Stabilization Mechanism) charge for calendar year 2024. The PSC's order, issued January 30, 2025, formalizes the Attorney General's participation in the proceedings.
