WASHINGTON, Feb. 1 -- Rep. Keith Self, R-Texas, issued the following news release on Jan. 31, 2025:

Today, Congressman Keith Self and Congressman Andy Biggs introduced the Ensuring Justice for Victims of Partial-Birth Abortion Act, in order to strengthen enforcement of the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003 (PBABA).
