ALBANY, New York, Feb. 1 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) has fined Dale Giraudin's Basement Systems of New York $2,500 for damaging a gas service line during construction work. The incident occurred on July 1, 2024, at 24 Tamara Lane, Cornwall on Hudson, New York, when the company damaged a 1/2-inch high-pressure plastic gas service while installing drainage pipe.
