ALBANY, New York, Feb. 1 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) has fined J & C Landscaping & Maintenance, 2 Inc. $2,500 for damaging a gas service line during landscaping work. The incident occurred on September 20, 2024, at 160 Saint Marks Lane, Islip, New York, when the company damaged a 1-inch high-pressure plastic gas service while grading the property.
