ALBANY, New York, Feb. 1 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) has fined Matthew Dormandy, doing business as Pemrick Farms Construction, $2,500 for damaging a gas service line during construction work. The incident occurred on September 4, 2024, at 6 West Cobble Hill Road, Loudonville, New York, when the company damaged a 1-inch high-pressure plastic gas service while installing a frost wall.
