ALBANY, New York, Feb. 1 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) is seeking public comment on proposed modifications to the Standardized Interconnection Requirements (SIRs) for distributed generation and energy storage systems up to 5 MW. These changes aim to address cost estimation issues that have been raised within the Interconnection Policy Working Group.
