New York PSC Launches Review of Commercial EV Charging Rate Structures

ALBANY, New York, Feb. 1 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) has initiated its biennial review of alternative rate structures for commercial electric vehicle (EV) charging, as mandated by its January 2023 Demand Charge Alternatives Order (Case 22-E-0236). This review focuses on the effectiveness of programs implemented to date, including Demand Charge Rebate Programs for commercial charging customers and public DCFC charging sites.
