WASHINGTON, Jan. 31 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has issued an environmental assessment (EA) for the Rover--Sunny Farms Receipt and Delivery Meter Station Project, proposed by Rover Pipeline LLC in Hancock County, Ohio.
