Ky. PSC: Attorney General to Intervene in Cumberland Valley Electric Rate Case

FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Jan. 31 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has granted the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Office of Rate Intervention, full intervenor status in the rate adjustment case involving Cumberland Valley Electric, Inc. The PSC's order, dated January 27, 2025, allows the Attorney General to represent consumer interests in Case No. 2024-00388.
