Ky. PSC: Attorney General Granted Intervention in South Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Rate Case

FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Jan. 31 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has granted the motion of the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Office of Rate Intervention, to intervene fully in the case concerning South Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation's (South Kentucky RECC) proposed rate adjustments. The PSC's order, issued January 27, 2025, grants the Attorney General full party status in Case No. 2024-00402.
