N.Y. PSC: Big Racquette Fined $800 for Gas Main Damage

ALBANY, New York, Jan. 31 -- Big Racquette Incorporated has been fined $800 by the New York Public Service Commission (PSC) for damaging a gas distribution main during excavation work. The incident occurred on April 23, 2024, in the service territory of Liberty Utilities (St. Lawrence Gas) Corp. The PSC issued an order adopting the terms of a consent agreement with Big Racquette on January 23, 2025, with the order effective January 30, 2025.
