N.Y. PSC: Angelica Electric Tariff Revision Delayed for Review

ALBANY, New York, Jan. 31 -- The Village of Angelica's proposed electric tariff revisions, aimed at attracting and expanding businesses, have been postponed until April 1, 2025, according to a January 30th filing by the New York State Department of Public Service (DPS). The initial effective date for the new tariff, which would establish Service Classification No. 5 - Individual Service Agreements, was set for March 1, 2025.
