CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Jan. 30 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:
Anthony Darnell Deberry, 40, of Beckley, was sentenced today to five years and 10 months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for distribution of fentanyl.
