DOJ Seeks Public Comment on Extension of Federal Coal Lease Forms

WASHINGTON, Jan. 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) is inviting public comments on the proposed extension without change of the Federal Coal Lease forms, ATR-139 and ATR-140. These forms are utilized by the DOJ's Antitrust Division (ATR) to assess the competitive impact of the issuance, transfer, or exchange of federal coal leases. The department uses the information provided on these forms to ensure that such transactions comply with antitrust laws.
