ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, Jan. 30 -- Bernalillo County issued the following news release on Jan. 29, 2025:
The BernCo Board of Commissioners has voted to approve a new public art project at the county's Westside Community Center. This initiative will feature a striking new metal "billboard" designed by artists Eric J. Garcia and Shawn Coffey, which will be a prominent feature atop the center's new event stage.
