GLENSIDE, Pa. - Congresswoman Madeleine Dean (PA-04), member of the House Committee on Appropriations, released the following statement in response to President Trump's order to freeze federal grant and loan payments beginning at 5:00 p.m. on January 28, 2025:
"I am alarmed and deeply concerned by the Trump Administration's freeze on federal grants . . .
