AUGUSTA, Maine, Jan. 29 -- The Maine Public Utilities Commission (MPUC) has revoked the eligibility of Monolith Solar Associates, LLC to operate as a Distributed Energy Resource (DER) provider in the state. This action follows the company's failure to comply with the Commission's Uniform Business Practices for DER Suppliers, specifically by failing to submit required annual reports.
