ALBANY, New York, Jan. 29 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) has revoked the Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCNs) of 159 telecommunications companies that are no longer operating in New York State. The PSC also cancelled the associated tariffs of these companies.
