N.Y. PSC Terminates Temporary Operator for Battisti Water Supply

ALBANY, New York, Jan. 29 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued an order terminating Liberty Utilities (New York Water) Corp.'s role as the temporary operator of the Battisti Water Supply Corporation. The order also authorizes Liberty to recover $336,938 in costs incurred during its temporary operation, including operating expenses and legal fees.
