EPA Delays Four Environmental Regulations Under Presidential Freeze

WASHINGTON, Jan. 28 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced a temporary delay in the implementation of four regulations following a directive from President Donald J. Trump.

The delay, enacted under the "Regulatory Freeze Pending Review" memorandum issued on January 20, 2025, moves the effective date of these rules to March 21, 2025. Among the affected regulations are the trichloroethylene (TCE) regulation under the Toxic Substances Control Act, . . .
