ALBANY, New York, Jan. 28 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) has denied a petition from Energy Investment Systems, Inc. (EIS) seeking an exemption from the current size limit for combined heat and power (CHP) systems eligible for Value of Distributed Energy Resources (VDER) compensation.
