ALBANY, New York, Jan. 28 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) has authorized ProjectEconomics dba PowerMarket (PowerMarket) to operate as a Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) Administrator in New York State. This approval allows PowerMarket to launch its CCA program, enabling municipalities to offer residents and small businesses the option to purchase electricity from a CCA instead of their traditional utility provider.
