BOSTON, Massachusetts, Jan. 28 -- Goodwin, a law firm, issued the following news release:
The Technology and Public M&A teams advised NinjaOne, LLC ("NinjaOne") in its definitive agreement and intent to acquire Dropsuite Limited (ASX: DSE), a global cloud backup and archiving software provider, for a total transaction value of approximately $252 million (USD). Upon completion of the transaction, Dropsuite Limited will become a privately held company.
