WASHINGTON, Jan. 25 -- Rep. Riley M. Moore, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Jan. 23, 2025:
Today, the House of Representatives passed H.R. 21, the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. This legislation requires medical care be provided for any baby born alive after a failed abortion.
