ALBANY, New York, Jan. 25 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (NYPSC) has denied a request by Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison) to modify its 2024 Earnings Adjustment Mechanism (EAM) for its Commercial Managed Charging Program (CMCP).
