WASHINGTON, Jan. 25 (TNSFR) -- The Consumer Product Safety Commission has provisionally accepted a $12.25 million civil penalty settlement with Fitbit, LLC, resolving allegations that the company failed to immediately report a defect in its Ionic smartwatches.
