FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Jan. 24 -- Kentucky Utilities Company (KU) has filed an application with the Kentucky Public Service Commission seeking approval for a license agreement with North American Stainless (NAS). The agreement would grant NAS temporary use of a KU parking lot near the Ghent Power Generation Station as a lay-down area for construction equipment related to the installation of a large gantry crane.

NAS intends to utilize the parking area until March 8, 2025. In exchange . . .
