MIAMI, Florida, Jan. 24 -- Greenberg Traurig, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP advised Waste Pro USA, Inc. in connection with its $850 million private offering of 7.000% senior unsecured notes due 2033.
Waste Pro said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to redeem its existing 5.500% senior notes due 2026 in full, repay the outstanding balances under its revolving credit facility and certain equipment . . .
