CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Jan. 24 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Jan. 23, 2025:
Arthur Ray Elkins, 60, of Chesapeake, was sentenced today to nine years in prison, to be followed by four years of supervised release, for distribution of 50 grams or more of a mixture and substance containing methamphetamine.
